Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website or services operated by Virgin Med Transportation(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or booking a transport service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Virgin Med Transportation provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and related transport services in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our services include ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and VIP transport.

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are booking on behalf of a patient with their consent or as their authorized representative. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation communication from us via email or phone. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Pricing is provided as an estimate at the time of booking and confirmed prior to departure based on the actual route and service level.

You are responsible for ensuring that the pickup address, destination, service type, and any special requirements provided at booking are accurate. We are not liable for delays or service failures resulting from inaccurate booking information.

• Cancellations made 2+ hours before pickup — no charge
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup — a cancellation fee may apply
• No-shows — the full trip cost may be charged if our driver arrives and the patient is unavailable without prior notice

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service as indicated during checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor. Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges.

After-hours trips (6 PM – 6 AM) and weekend trips are subject to applicable surcharges as disclosed at the time of booking.

Passengers and accompanying individuals are expected to behave respectfully toward our drivers and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a passenger or companion is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk to our crew or vehicle.

Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

One companion may ride with the patient on Ambulatory, Wheelchair, and VIP trips at no additional charge. Additional companions or companions on Stretcher, BLS, or ALS trips may incur a companion fee. Companions must not interfere with patient care or driver operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Virgin Med Transportation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to delays, missed appointments, or property damage.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virgin Med Transportation and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Virgin Med Transportation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Richmond, Virginia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
