Since 2011, our crews have shown up for Virginians when it matters most.
We started Virgin Med in Richmond in 2011 with one vehicle and a simple belief: getting to the doctor, to dialysis or home from the hospital should never be the hardest part of someone's day.
We built it on early mornings and long drives, one rider at a time. Today that is more than 130 vehicles across Virginia and a dispatch team that picks up at any hour.
Every person who rides with us is somebody's parent, partner or child, and we treat them that way. That is the job, and it is the part we are proudest of.
